this is a place to come for help, to share experiences, to pose questions and to try to help other people experiencing comms problems.

very often in our areas of work there are no definitive right and wrong answers.  some of it is intuition.  and some of it is just opinion.  and that is the whole point – it’s about sharing opinions (but not shouting them)

we have no intention of policing your thoughts and posts – we’re all grown-ups, that’s not we’re here for.  what we are here for is to make that debate possible through a free, easy-to-use, channel.  so we will work on the basis that we don’t swear, we don’t criticise individuals and we are careful about being unfair about other organisations.  this is about best practice, about doing things the right way, about sharing and helping, about trying something new.

so play nice and hopefully you’ll find this a useful space to spend time.
